🚀 Quick Start
Access Reports
Domain Tracker → Portfolio → Scheduled Reports
Create Report
Click "Create New Report"
Name It
E.g., 'Weekly Security Review' or 'Monthly SSL Status'
Select Sections
Check boxes: WHOIS, DNS, SSL, Security, Uptime, SEO
Apply Filters
Optional: Filter by tags ("production"), folder, or domain type
Set Schedule
Choose frequency (daily/weekly/monthly) and delivery time
Add Recipients
Enter email addresses (comma-separated for multiple)
Enable & Save
Toggle enabled and save — first report sends on next schedule

⚙️ Advanced Features
🔄 Test Before Scheduling
Use the "Send Test Report" button to receive an immediate preview before activating the schedule. Verify formatting, filters, and recipient delivery.
📅 Timezone Handling
All delivery times use your account timezone (set in Profile Settings). Reports are sent at the specified local time, not UTC.
📧 Delivery Tracking
View delivery history in the Activity Feed. See last sent timestamp, recipient count, and delivery status (success/failed).
🔧 Troubleshooting
Report not arriving?
- Check spam/junk folders for emails from [email protected]
- Verify recipient email addresses are correct (no typos)
- Ensure report is enabled (toggle switch on)
- Check next scheduled run time in the report list
Empty report?
- Review filters — they might be too restrictive (no domains match)
- Test filters using "Preview Domains" button before saving
- Ensure at least one section is selected
