Creating & Scheduling Posts

Compose, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms from one interface.

Creating Your First Post

  1. Go to Brand Central → Create Post
  2. Select platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  3. Write your message
  4. Add media (optional): images, videos, GIFs
  5. Choose: Post Now OR Schedule
  6. Click "Publish" or "Schedule"

Platform-Specific Formatting

Each platform has different limits and features:

Auto-Adapt Mode

When posting to multiple platforms, enable Auto-Adapt to automatically:

Scheduling Posts

Quick Schedule

  1. Compose post
  2. Click "Schedule" instead of "Post Now"
  3. Pick date and time
  4. Select timezone (defaults to your account timezone)
  5. Click "Schedule"

Optimal Posting Times

Brand Central suggests best times based on your audience:

Content Calendar View

Switch to Calendar view to see all scheduled posts:

Drag & drop: Click any post and drag to new date/time to reschedule.

Media Uploads

Supported Formats

Image Optimization

Uploaded images are automatically:

Video Processing

Videos are queued for background processing:

  1. Upload video → Shows "Processing..."
  2. System transcodes to platform-specific formats
  3. Takes 1-5 minutes depending on length
  4. Status changes to "Ready" when complete

⚠️ Important: Don't schedule video posts until video shows "Ready" status.

Post Templates

Creating a Template

  1. Compose a post
  2. Click "Save as Template"
  3. Name it (e.g., "Product Launch Tweet")
  4. Add variables: {{PRODUCT_NAME}}, {{PRICE}}

Using Templates

  1. Click "New Post"
  2. Select "Use Template"
  3. Pick template
  4. Fill in variable values
  5. Publish or schedule

Approval Workflows (Team Plans)

Setting Up Approval

  1. Go to Settings → Workflows
  2. Create workflow: "Manager Approval Required"
  3. Add approvers (by email)
  4. Set rule: All posts must be approved before publishing

Approval Process

  1. Content Creator schedules post → Status: Pending Approval
  2. Manager receives email notification
  3. Manager reviews post in Brand Central
  4. Manager clicks "Approve" or "Request Changes"
  5. If approved → Post scheduled for publishing
  6. If rejected → Creator receives feedback, makes edits, resubmits

Bulk Scheduling

CSV Import

Schedule dozens of posts at once via CSV:

  1. Download template CSV
  2. Fill columns: Date, Time, Platform, Message, Media URL
  3. Upload CSV to Brand Central
  4. Review preview → Click "Schedule All"

Best Practices

Managing Scheduled Posts

Editing Scheduled Posts

  1. Go to Calendar view
  2. Click post to edit
  3. Make changes
  4. Click "Update Schedule"

Limitation: Can only edit posts that haven't been published yet.

Deleting Scheduled Posts

  1. Find post in Calendar
  2. Click "..." menu → Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

⚠️ Warning: Deleting is permanent. Post won't be published.
