Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Twitter: "App not authorized"

Cause: OAuth callback mismatch.

Fix:

  1. Go to Twitter Developer Portal
  2. Check app callback URL: https://elasticdomain.com/api/auth/twitter/callback
  3. Re-authorize in Brand Central

LinkedIn: "Invalid scope"

Cause: Missing w_member_social permission.

Fix:

  1. Disconnect LinkedIn in Brand Central
  2. Reconnect and ensure "Post updates" permission is checked

Facebook: "No pages found"

Cause: You're not an admin of any Facebook Pages.

Fix:

  1. Go to your Facebook Page Settings
  2. Add yourself as Admin (if you're not already)
  3. Wait 5 minutes for permissions to sync
  4. Retry connection
